Active Clinical Trials

The Insomnia and Sleep Institute of Arizona is the only sleep medicine clinic in the Phoenix area able to host sleep clinical trials on non-medication therapies for insomnia and one of the very few sleep clinics in the Phoenix region that hosts sleep-related clinical trials for a number of additional sleep disorders.

A recent clinical trial concluded in August 2020 and included 10 months of testing the effectiveness of transauricular vagal nerve stimulation (TaVNS) for the treatment of chronic insomnia.

New trials are coming soon. If you struggle with a sleep disorder, you may qualify to participate and play a pivotal role in the latest research, technologies, and/or medications that can be life-changing for those with your disorder. All trials are paid. Future clinical trials will address chronic insomnia, mental health, and a variety of sleep disorders.

Participant safety is the highest priority at The Insomnia and Sleep Institute. For more information on current trials, including determining your eligibility, please contact us via the contact form.
