She continued this journey in the specialties of allergy/asthma/immunology and, most recently, integrative care focused on non-narcotic pain management. Each experience led to further awareness of the importance of sleep health especially as she sought to manage her own sleep disorders that were exacerbated by her busy lifestyle. This led to a gained interest in the impact of sleep health and management of sleep disorders with the cultural competence that is critical to care—thus the approach of individualized treatment plans and goals.

Amelia is dedicated to helping her patients attain the best outcome for an enhanced quality of life. Amelia values integrity, compassion, respect, and quality delivery of patient care. Her motto is, “this is a lifestyle and not just a career.” She is passionate about making a difference in patient outcome and strives to deliver the best care throughout each patient’s journey.
